Tony Romas: A feast fit for king.

33rd Anniversary

I’m finally gonna be on-time for my anniversaries posts.

———-

We celebrated our 33rd month together at Tony Romas. We didnt really plan where to go; was kinda impromptu. In any case, we decided to go to Tony Romas – the restaurant that garners a lot of raving for its ribs.

PhotobucketVampy has an addiction to the onion loaf. Fried onions and curled to a form like a hurricane. There is indeed one weird thing that attracts one though. Well fried onions burst into sweet juices when you bite onto it. It came with a ranch sauce? too, even yummier with it

PhotobucketThis is our Appetisier Sampler!

Appetisier Sampler always look super nice coz the potato skin with cheese is just so irresistible!. This is different what i’ve ate previously at other restaurants. It too comes with aMozzarella stick. Unfortunately, it does get a lil too cheesy after the 2nd one. Imagine munching on a cheese tube. The Fire Wings really lived up to its name. I’m known to take chilli very well and even i can taste its spiciness. TR also used their own unique sauce in these wings. Different.

This is good for people like me who hasnt been to TR unlike Vampy. Three different ribs star are served – Original Baby Back, Carolina Honey, Red hots, And Blue Ridge Smokies.

But honestly, i couldnt tell which is which. Other than size, they look exactly the same to me, to us. But it’s really one well-smoked ribs. Sauce was minimal but the smoking was so well done that you can taste it even on the bone. Yummy! Favourites now.

But as you can see, Vampy ordered too much again! We didnt finish quite abit of food! Feeling guilty for the money and amount of food wasted.
